Our Milestones
After more than 30 years of experience in plant planning for the building materials industry, on March 19, 2018, the former, long-time work colleagues, Rolf Barlag and Norbert F. Kajüter, founded KB Engineering as “UG”.
Through their more than 30 years of experience in the planning and installation of building material plants, they have gained a wealth of experience, for example in the conception of turn-key systems for the production of aerated concrete , wall and roof tiles, sand-lime bricks, refractory bricks, concrete blocks and pipes and much more.
In December of the same year, the share capital was increased and converted into a GmbH.
Development of a turn-key aerated concrete plant with a capacity of up to 1800 m³ / day (machinery system + production hall and infrastructure).
Conception of a system for filling concrete blocks with a high-performance insulation foam (mineral foam).
Optimization of an aerated concrete plant in Brazil through exclusively online support for the customer (due to the corona pandemic, travel to the customer was not possible).
Order to develop a highly efficient aerated concrete plant with an output of up to 2200 m³/day.
Development of an automatic stone quality control with sorting for aerated concrete blocks.
For this purpose, we offer you adapted concepts in terms of sustainability and energy efficiency.
Using innovative techniques in conjunction with artificial intelligence, many complex tasks can be converted and automated safely and effectively.
Through prefabrication in the production plant, the speed on the construction site can be increased, costs can be significantly reduced and quality and sustainability can be increased.
